This was the largest Project Chris Castelino Consultant was a part of. The Client was Kuwait Real Estate, and CCC did the original Concept Design in 1986. The Project was then put out to Competition with Major International Firms competing. The Total Cost of the Project was estimated at $3 Billion, and was scheduled to start in 1991 and completed in 2002.
The project was halted by the Gulf War in 1990.
FINTAS HOUSING PROJECT- Kuwait Real Estate Co.
This was the first project commisioned to CCC in 1983.by Kuwait Real Estate Company Ltd. 24 apartment buildings on the coastline at a total cost of 100 million $.
KUWAIT CENTRAL BANK- Govt. of Kuwait
Commissioned by the Governor of the Central Bank to propose a renovation for the existing Bank Headquarters CCC provided a series of designs which formed the basis for bidding for Construction drawings to local large firms. The project was awarded to a leading firm and completed with changes.
VILLA-H.E. Sheikh Salem Al Sabah.
The first of several
Villas for members of the royal family. This Villa was completed in 1985
for the Governor of the Central Bank. Cost -5 million $
Other Villas completed, included his two brothers and H.E. Sheikh Mohamed
Salman Al Sabah- Head of Kuwait Social Security.

Started in 1988 and interrupted by the Gulf War, the project was completed in 1993. Cost- 3 million $
AWARD- Runner-up. Mobile Telecommunication
This was done in consortium with a Local Kuwaiti Firm and designed exclusively
by CCC.
